Guest Experience Host

Hencote is now looking for an exceptional candidate to join the team as a Guest Experience Host.

The duties of the Guest Experience Host are primarily focused, but not limited to:

• Greeting and checking in all accommodation guests
• Act as the main customer contact point for all accommodation residents before and during their stay
• Assisting and working with the reception team to plan all guest arrivals
• Organise and assist all resident needs including ensuring they are booked into the restaurant and/or on wine tours, and any other requests
• Assisting with check-outs and bidding farewell to residents

Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and attitudes:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and cross selling to customers
• Friendly and accommodating approach to all guests
• Ability to work under pressure
• Assist other members of the Hencote team such as the restaurant, tours and reception duties
• Strong organisation skills and teamwork
