We are a family run hotel/pun in the heart of Exmoor, with 8 En-suite rooms, 2 bars, function room & large outdoor garden/seating area.
We have an excellent reputation for food & service and are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You must be honest, hardworking & have the ability to think on your feet. Our team is dynamic & fun so being able to join in is a must but being able to work alone when quiet is essential.
Must have experience & able to run a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef to include ordering, stock control/rotation, EHO compliance, managing a team.
We operate all day, everyday all year round.
