Exciting opportunity for ambitious Pastry Chef
Gelarto are seeking an experienced pastry chef to help develop, open and manage our new sweet-focussed London outlet. Management experience is not necessary as training will be given, but you must have good ‘people-skills’ to succeed.
Our innovative ‘gelato-sushi’ concept store in New York received worldwide coverage in 2019 and we are looking to further develop this concept for our new London kiosk in July. Working with the finest Italian gelato, you will create ‘sushi style’ dessert treats incorporating sauces, coulis, baked goods and chocolate. You will be required to train a small team and manage them on an ongoing basis. Initial salary: £28k plus performance bonus. Immediate start. Great advancement opportunities with a second London opening planned for 2022.
