Chef De Partie - No Split Shifts
You will work as part of our friendly kitchen team to bring our recipes to life producing the best food with the best quality local ingredients. With your passion, skill and attention to detail you will create our dishes that will guarantee our customers have a memorable dining experience every time.
You will have a good understanding of your ingredients and dishes delivering exceptional standards in your cooking and making sure we cater to each guest’s requirements to maintain our excellent levels of service.
Ensure the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation by following our company procedures and completing the necessary paperwork in line with our food safety management system
Understand your role in making a profitable kitchen by following menu specs, correctly recording wastage and ordering only what we need.
Support other members of the team and develop good working relationships with each other and work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop junior members of the team
We are looking for a NVQ level 2 in food prep and cooking and experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel environment. Passion for good food and quality ingredients is essential.
