Digital Product Manager/Head of Digital Product, Location Flexible, Salary c£50k
Working for a fast-growing travel tech start up, you will develop, interpret and facilitate the product vision and roadmap and lead the implementation and prioritization of the product.
You will have strong Project Management skills, (ideally with a Project Management Qualification), working closely across key teams ensure the customer journey is consistently delivered across various products/brands.
Leading on products from discovery to market – you will set the product roadmaps, success criteria and timelines. Facilitate usability testing, user interviews and design sprints. Executing best practice across user development and product principles.
Working across design, development, research and marketing along with external stakeholders to ensure product and features are successfully built and deployed.
Strong on measurement and analysis, able to define new requirements, solve problems and identify development opportunities for future iterations.
Constantly thinking about new feature ideas and their potential impact, you’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a travel, hospitality and/or cloud kitchen technology.
The ideal candidate would have a degree in Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing,
or related field.
Experience developing strategy, leading and managing projects, and working
with distributed teams – project management, road mapping, estimation, sizing and prioritisation.
Familiarity with customer-centric design, user profiling, and insights
development to support product strategy and design.
A proven track record of delivering highly ambitious products. You’ll be ready
to show what these are, and how you made it happen.
Experience in Design Thinking and Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO etc) preferred.
