Our Residents’ Clubs will provide a ‘second home’ for guests - their other house for as long as they are in town. Showcasing the best in British design, with sustainability and positive social and environmental impact at its core, The Other House will provide a unique experience for travellers seeking flexibility, style and experiences to remember.

The Other House is recruiting the cornerstone team for this innovative new brand. The first opening will be in South Kensington in Spring 2022, a second in Covent Garden is programmed for 2023 and many more are in the pipeline in central London, before an international rollout. This offers a unique opportunity to be part of the opening team and grow with the brand, providing potential for significant career development.

The role:

  • A hands-on, motivated and inspirational leader, able to manage and deliver all aspects of the operation for a successful opening
  • A naturally welcoming and charming persona with a flair for innovation
  • Entrepreneurial and creative with a proven track record of growing fantastic teams
  • Set goals and develop strategic business plans designed to maximise profit, customer and colleague satisfaction and market share
  • Assist the sales team with high-value meetings and conversions
  • Work with Heads of Department (HOD) to create great ROI through effective marketing and sales initiatives, client relations and operational quality
  • Ensure all expense control systems are in place with close monitoring of all department expenditure, utilising appropriate forecasting systems
  • Maintain exceptional client relations and facilities by creating a quality environment through staffing, service, operations, and maintenance
  • Minimum 7 years’ 5-star luxury hospitality management experience i.e. hotel or private members club. Dual or multi-site property experience desirable
  • Initially the role will be between Head office in Fitzrovia and the South Kensington property

Salary £90k subject to experience, plus incentives and competitive benefits package

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Valid permit to work and live in the UK (Visa support can be discussed if required)
