Sommelier

A unique opportunity for an experienced Sommelier to join our historic Italian restaurant in Mayfair, London.  With over 120 years of history in Milan, our first international outpost requires a passionate individual with a particular interest in Italian wines. 

Responsibilities: 

              • A part from the obvious sommelier’s responsibilities you will oversee the bar, so a good knowledge of cocktails is important.

              • you will care for the cellar, maintain the stock list and the wine list up to date. 

The Individual:

              • We are looking for an experienced individual  who works well in a small team.  You’ll report to a highly experienced Restaurant Manager.

              • The perfect candidate will pay close attention to detail, have pride in excellent customer service and demonstrate organisational skills.

              • Must be fluent in Italian.

              • WSET qualifications extremely desirable.
