Restaurant Manager

We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced individual to take on the role of Restaurant Manager at The Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the restaurant in terms of guest experience, finance, sales growth and team development. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the senior managers to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people. We are seeking someone with a hands-on approach and an eye for detail who is keen to learn and teach others within the team. At The Victoria we aspire to exceed guest expectations, so someone with a personable and attentive personality would be much desired. We need a leader who remains calm under pressure, has charm, energy, enthusiasm and great communication skills. Previous managerial experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or having led a front of house team is preferred.
