A great role for a Finance Manager, to work in an entrepreneurial Luxury Travel business.
This is a super all round Finance role, providing key support to a growing team and an opportunity to be part of the future growth of the business. You will be responsible for setting up the financial controls, ensuring the best processes are in place.
The role covers Payment Controls, managing Supplier Databases, Invoice processing and approval. Analytical and data focused, you will be responsible for Bank Account Reconciliation, Cash Flow Preparation and supporting the team with Monthly Management reporting, basic dashboard information and ad hoc reports/analysis. Booking and Transaction Classification into Quikbooks.
You will have an Accountancy Qualification, knowledge of Quikbooks with experience in Cashflow Forecasting, producing Monthly Management Accounts, Bank Account Management and Reconciliation and ideally, multi-currency experience.
With previous experience within the Travel/Hotel industry, this role needs a strong team collaborator, with good communication skills who is excited to learn and be part of the journey as the business develops.
