Employee Relations Manager
A leading Transportation business is now looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to shape and implement their employee and industrial relations strategy. Accountable for delivering business change and fostering positive working relationships you will work closely with trade unions and employee representatives to support people initiatives and to executed a seamless business strategy.
To deliver in this role you will need to be a structured thinker with an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving. You should have vision for change and enjoy developing creative solutions to complex challenges along with superb leadership and influencing skills.
This is a fantastic role for a highly effective employee relations manager who is used to delivering complex projects and has experience in working with trade unions at a senior level.
