Reporting to the General Manager - Overseas Operations, the Jet2holidays Operational Control Centre Manager is responsible for monitoring and leading the 24-hour Jet2holidays real time operation - ensuring excellent service, standards and adherence to policies and company obligations. This vital role works closely with a wide range of teams across the business to provide solutions-based support for the management of incidents and monitoring the ongoing performance of our award-winning service.

The Jet2holidays Operational Control Centre Manager will lead a team of Duty Managers to ensure that all overseas operations and Company policies and procedures are managed and followed with accurate reporting in place, escalating where required. You will support internal and external stakeholders and provide day to day management guidance and subject matter expert support across all areas of overseas operations, ensuring we continue to deliver industry leading service to our customers. Additionally, the Jet2holidays Operational Control Centre Manager will own the end to end process for incident management for Jet2holidays, working closely with counterparts in the Jet2.com operation. You will also be responsible for developing accurate and timely Management Information to support decision making, presenting this to Senior stakeholders on a regular basis.

The successful candidate will have significant management experience gained in a Tour Operator or Airline and with a focus on a customer facing and/or operational team. You will have proven ability to lead in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, demonstrating the ability to make effective decisions confidently and quickly when under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and clearly with stakeholders at all levels. An analytical thinker, you will be able to assimilate information and determine priorities quickly. Ideally, the Jet2holidays Operational Control Centre Manager will have experience working overseas and knowledge of industry regulations relating to areas such as ABTA, Package holidays and Airline Operations.
