Sous Chef and CDP roles available
The 10 Cases is a buzzy and unpretentious bistro in the heart of Covent Garden.
The cooking is all about low-key Franco-European dishes made nice with amazing ingredients. We want our guests to feel like they're in a modern Parisian bistro, without it ever feeling like a 'theme' restaurant.
So at the moment the menu includes a pig cheek nicoise salad, fried squid with a vadouvan aioli, grilled plaice with an oxidised white burgundy beurre blanc, samphire and radishes, a grilled rump of lamb with anchoiade and roscoff onions...that kind of thing.
The menu evolves continually week-on-week, so we're constantly developing new recipes and having fun in the kitchen. We have a great team of awesome people both front and back of house, and are really looking to continue to take the cooking up a level. Awards aren't top of our agenda but we're looking for Michelin Bib level execution, with three-star attention to detail!
