Customer Service Manager
This is an incredible opportunity to join an award-winning independent tour operator as their Customer Service Manager. Our client is looking for an experienced CS manager who is dedicated to developing and delivering after-sales customer support and care, ensuring to continuously improve the customer experience through service delivery, complaint resolution, and corrective actions. You will lead the customer service team, creating a high-performance team environment where people thrive and deliver a fantastic customer experience for customers. You will be the single point person in the business to track customer experience and feedback across the business (pre, during & post travel). You will champion positive change and continually improve the performance in the eyes of this brands customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience of leading a service driven B2C customer service operation and have experience of managing an operation through periods of significant change. This is a superb opportunity for someone with fantastic leadership skills to join a well-respected business and really help drive change.
