Catering Services Opportunity

Delamere Forest Golf Club, in the heart of rural Cheshire, are currently seeking a catering services provider to take charge of the day-to-day catering requirements of our circa 500 members, as well as their guest’s and visitors to the clubhouse. A host venue to regional and national championships the club features highly in national, Top 100, rankings on a regular basis (93^rd in Great Britain & Ireland).

Established in 1910, Delamere Forest Golf Club has always offered an excellent dining experience, whether for casual daily snacks or for lavish functions (our dining area can seat between 70 and 100 covers).

We are currently looking for a new caterer to continue to serve our membership to the high standards they have come to enjoy over many years.

The successful applicant will have: -

* Proven experience within the Hospitality sector (5-7 years minimum) with a track record of designing and developing menus aligned to customer needs.

* Knowledge and understanding of all legislation impacting on the catering provision - COSHH, Food Safety, EHO, health & safety and hygiene regulations.

* Excellent knowledge of all aspects of catering operations, including VAT, budgets and margin control, ability to forecast food requirement and food and labour costs.

* The ability to monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas during all stages of production and delivery.

You will work closely with our Secretary, and our House Manager to plan for upcoming societies and functions.
