Cafe Manager

As a charitable organisation, The Bishop’s Palace and Gardens seeks to welcome everyone to come and enjoy their beautiful gardens. Set within the gardens is The Bishop’s Table which serves locally-sourced homemade food and drinks and has one of the best views in Wells.

We are looking for a Café Manager to manage the running of The Bishop’s Table including the management of the café team and promoting the highest standards of customer care. Working with the Head of Catering you will also looks for ways to improve the offer and develop new ideas.

As our ideal candidate you should:

• Have management experience in the hospitality industry
• Have great interpersonal and customer service skills
• Be able to inspire and motivate your team
• Be organised, reliable and demonstrate a great can-do attitude
