Riddle and Finns are looking for a Head Chef to lead its busy kitchen team.
Situated in one the cities best locations directly on the seafront the restaurant has an intimate internal space seating 40 covers and a spectacular terrace area seating over 60 covers.
The salary / package for the right candidate will be between £50K - £55k and offer the prospect of playing a part in new restaurant openings, as the company expands.
