Working for a leading multi-brand global hospitality company, you will be responsible for establishing the Content Team to deliver Omni-channel Content Strategy.
Responsibility across diverse brands and UK/Europe, this role acts as an Account Director, leading, briefing and managing key projects with the External Agencies to deliver best in class content production to drive maximum engagement and grow market share.
Leading the content strategy for brand and communications across paid, owned and earned channels, you will define and set up a new content team, set project priorities, lead content resource planning and manage translations process and Agencies. Establishing a new function, this is a great opportunity to deliver new internal skills, build internal and external resource, providing effective management of content out-soucing.
Setting best practices around Content Briefing, Production, quality and Performance.
You will be obsessive about Customer Insights, ensuring all content briefs respond to the latest customer insights and trends.
Strong on delivery and outcomes, you will set and measure performance metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement and best content.
This role needs strong stake-holder management skills, able to lead multiple projects/agencies and balance internal teams needs and resource.
