Sales and Marketing Director
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and hands on Sales and Marketing Director to join a travel tech start up that builds travel platforms for a variety of lifestyle brands across multiple special interest categories.
You will be responsible for the initial sales and marketing strategy development through to the travel brand launch and beyond, to ensure all brands exceed their objectives. You will develop and own comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and articulate distribution strategies for all travel brands.
The role will cover developing launch timelines, brand activation, managing budgets, tracking performance and ROI and building a high-performance sales and marketing team.
This role needs a digitally led sales and marketing person with experience in travel lifestyle brands. You will be data driven, strong on project management, able to manage multiple projects across diverse categories and customer segments (luxury, mid range, adventure) but also not be afraid to get your hands dirty and execute your strategies.
You will need to have a commercial focus, be able to set and measure KPI’s and ROI, think outside of the box to maximise budgets and have a strong understanding of leading email, social, influencer and SEO campaigns to ensure the marketing approach drives revenue and conversion.
