A great role for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to drive the acquisition strategy and activity to drive brand awareness and conversion. This role needs someone who is hands on but can also take a strategic approach, using insights and test and learn to drive the performance in line with the business objectives. Focused primarily on B2C, you will deliver multi-channel acquisition campaigns, lead the annual and tactical planning across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates in addition to offline and partnership marketing channels. We are looking for someone who is driven by KPI's and ROI, who can use data to drive new opportunities and who can drive pace.
Developing a best in class team, managing budgets, campaign briefs and the Acquisition marketing plan, you will grow the customer base/engagement, driving lead generating and conversion activity. Working with relevant Agencies and in-house teams to deliver a test and learn plan, integrate the SEO strategy and manage the content creation. Strong reporting and analytic skills required to drive continual improvement and communicate results.
You will need to have a proven track record in setting and delivering acquisition strategies, managing paid media channels to attract quality traffic and and excellent understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
This role requires Travel Industry relevant experience. Location is flexible providing there is regular visibility within the office.
