Reporting to the Head of Voice of the Customer & Brand, this role is to ensure the Brand authenticity, values, story and personality are delivered across every touchpoint, including customer facing teams and internal communications.
Sensitive to a Brand environment, you will deliver a consistent brand approach, curating the Brand Journal, Tone of Voice and Brand Language to be used across all content platforms and teams. Develop ways to measure brand equity and brand preference through brand tracking devises and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure a customer centric culture is consistently achieved. You will build a comprehensive reference guide of the Brand that will be the go to point of reference.
This is a great role for someone who is passionate about driving a brand's authenticity and bringing inspiring travel opportunities to life through the delivery of the brand experience.
You will be highly analytic, able to use data to inform decisions, build KPI's and brand measures/reporting, able to articulate and demonstrate across multiple Stakeholders the importance of the Brand approach.
You need to demonstrate strong communication skills, a genuine understanding of brand positioning and have a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt your style to different cultures.
Location is flexible however regular travel across the offices is needed. (South West & South Coast as well as overseas). Fluent French speaking is highly desirable. Previous experience in a Marketing/Brand Communications/Campaign role is essential.
