We are looking for a Paid Media Manager, who will lead the strategy and execution across all paid media channels to drive awareness and conversion, delivering quality traffic across multiple sites.
Driving growth across the target audiences to increase revenue, ROI and align the campaigns to the commercial needs and business priorities. You will be data driven, able to develop the overall acquisition campaigns, adapting to market conditions. With regular reporting to make recommendations, interpreting data and ensuring the content strategy and brand are reflected across all acquisition activity.
Managing the SEO strategy and content creations, implement CRO test and learn for continuous improvement, budget planning across all paid channels both above and below the line.
You will manage the Media Agency and an in-house PPC Specialist, developing the teams to focus on performance and reporting capabilities.
You will need a minimum of 3-5 years paid media experience in a B2C/eCommerce role. Excellent hands on knowledge of Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Bing and Google Analytics)
Experience managing multiple campaigns with substantial budgets. Utilised tools such as Data Studio, Facebook Account Manager, AdWords. Experience using CRM data to build audiences and profiles used in acquisition activity.
Location is flexible however regular travel to the various offices will be needed for this role (South West/South Coast and overseas)
