This role requires a driven sales and business development professional, who has excellent experience and connections with partners, working with property management companies/accommodation providers to drive sales on the platform. You will be successful in ongoing Account Management and relationship development, able to leverage commercial success from new and existing partnerships.

Skilled at pitching and securing new deals with large partners, setting the sales process, lead generation and onboarding, you will manage the full sales process, CRM and build a scaleable Account Management and Business Development function.
You need 5 years experience in sales, business development and Account Management with the Travel/Hospitality Industry, with an exceptional track record in building revenue opportunities and achieving commercial targets. Passionate about travel & hospitality and amazing places to stay, you'll be relentlessly focused on driving growth, commercial success and sales excellence.
A high achiever but with a high level of emotional intelligence, able to work and engage across teams.
A great base salary plus bonus is offer along with flexible/remote working (2 days per week required in the London office)
