We have a great opportunity for a well-connected, ambitious, experienced, and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing tech-travel insurance company.

- Find, develop, and establish long-term relationships with travel insurance distribution partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel tech providers and many more.
- Work alongside various departments to create customised travel insurance products for distribution partners and/or group policies for corporate, education and nonprofit organizations.
- Be sales focused. Don’t just meet sales goals, aim to beat them!

The ideal candidate will match our clients ethos. Technology is at the forefront of the business and therefore an excellent understanding of technology from a travel insurance perspective is essential. Equally, you will need to be very well connected within the travel industry as forming partnerships and relationships is crucial to the role. Moreover, the perfect candidate will demonstrate that they are highly adept at developing, negotiating, and managing partnerships as well as having good experience selling B2B2C and B2B. Lastly, the chosen candidate will have a proven track record in scaling growth-stage companies.
