We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established travel business.  Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the strategy and performance of the B2B sales channel and will develop and grow business through travel trade sales and distribution.

You will work with the trade and identify growth and distribution opportunities across both the UK and international markets and will use your trade insight and analytical skills to recommend new sales initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience of managing a travel sales function in a B2B environment preferably across different markets.  You should be able to shape and deliver a B2B sales strategy, anticipate market trends and consumer behaviours. You should be relationship focused with strong commercial acumen and have a track record of delivering sales in the short, medium and long term. This is a fantastic opportunity to really drive business in a company that offers lots of scope for development within a strong people focused culture.

Location is flexible however regular travel to the various offices will be needed for this role (South West/South Coast and overseas)
