Chillisauce is an exciting, dynamic, events company located in the heart of London. Established over nearly 20 years, Chillisauce is the largest provider of Stag, Hen and Activity weekends in the UK.
As the company looks to expand again following a Covid-induced restructure, a new position has arisen for a Customer Service Team Manager to manage a growing team of Customer Service Executives.
The Customer Service Team Manager will manage a department of Customer Service Executives (currently 7 people) who work alongside the Consumer Sales team.
The department aim is be to provide support, assistance and completion of all post-sales tasks required for the successful departure of Chillisauce groups, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Customer Service Executives (CSEs) will cover two functions:
- Undertaking specific tasks on behalf of the Consumer Sales team in a timely and thorough manner to ensure the success of those events.
- Ensuring the success of events inherited from leaving members of the Consumer Sales Team.
The Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management required to ensure that the CSEs provide consistently excellent service to customers and efficient processing of sales support tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, articulate, authoritative person with a hard-working attitude and the potential to have a prolific career in the customer service function. They will have previous experience in managing and motivating teams, ideally in the travel industry
Someone who has a can-do attitude with a common-sense approach. Someone who can balance customer needs, customer experience and the customer journey along with company goals, sales focus and vision. Someone who has the ability to communicate well with all department managers and ensure the company goals are met within the departments output.
