As Operations Director, you will lead all customer facing roles including all Sales and Service Functions across a large team. A senior leadership role, you will lead and develop the team, driving high performance and executing the strategic plan.

This is a pivotal position within the wider business, needing an assertive and experience professional to take ownership and responsibility. Collaborating with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans, maximizing efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration and setting strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
You will be data driven to analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Able to work in a fast paced environment and implement actions.
Proven track record in a senior level role, strong operational background ina B2C or Multichannel environment, able to drive strategy, execution and performance along with positive change. You will be customer focused and passionate about optimising the customer journey across all touch points.
