We are now recruiting for Operations Team Managers who will support and develop a team in our customer support division. Through your leadership style, drive and enthusiasm you will drive enhanced performance and results and support the enhancement of our processes. You will be responsible for performance management, productivity, morale and team development for every member of your team, driving them to achieve stretching targets.
As a Team Manager you will strive to improve the customer journey and consistently look to improve systems and process within your area. You will answer questions from your team and problem solve issues, fully investigating them and offering solutions before escalating to Line Manager
