Reporting to the Trade Support Manager - Trade Sales, the Sales Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting the wider Jet2holidays Trade Sales Team, providing a VIP Customer Service to our trade partners. You will field incoming trade calls, manage or direct enquiries accordingly, support in the organising of trade events, and liaising with other departments within Jet2.com & Jet2holidays, ensuring all queries are effectively resolved. You will also play a vital role in helping to ensure brand and product awareness is communicated efficiently.
This role will also require attendance at in-store and outside sale events, large consumer exhibitions and industry events.
To be successful in this role, you will be extremely well organised with great attention to detail. A keen problem solver and creative thinker, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong administration skills and the ability to multitask are also required. Flexibility is required as working hours may vary on a weekly basis. The role may involve evening and weekend work and you may be required to travel to various locations within the UK, including overnight stays (when safe and appropriate to do so). Ideally, you will have a proven track record of working within a Trade Support role.
