Building a strategic approach to the sales pipeline and driving conversion, you’ll work with a HNW client base, selling in bespoke itinerary propositions to drive high value sales. Establishing a clear sales proposition, identifying relevant prospects for the individual product itineraries.
Building strong 1-1 relationships with key identified customer segments, proving an inspiring and compelling approach across all communications to drive engagement. Work closely with the Experiences and Marketing team to develop future sales opportunities, partnerships and target audiences.
You will need to be highly articulate, able to bring unique propositions and experiences to life, through written and oral communications, a natural communicator with flair and creativity.
This role needs someone who is highly focused on sales and the customer experience, obsessed with the highest level of client service. A great mix of both sales and ongoing client development and relationship management.
Passionate about luxury travel, this role suits someone who has worked in a senior sales role within a travel concierge, travel client management or luxury sales role.
