Responsible for developing and delivering the AfterSales customer support and care, driving continuous improvement and service delivery throughout the customer experience. Leading multi location, multi cultural teams to maximise call centre performance and customer satisfaction. A hands on role with a strategic approach to driving change, pace and continued engagement.
The role is responsbile for delivering the best customer support when things don’t go to plan, defining commercially effective proceedures and creating solutions to remove customer pain points. A great role for someone passionate about the full customer journey and bringing brand values to life through the customer experiene and support teams.
This role requires strong people management skills and a collaborative people approach, focused on delivery. This is primarily an office based role with physical presence needed.
