Due to remarkable growth in the travel industry, we are now seeking a VIP Private Luxury Travel Manager to join a highly bespoke travel company. From meeting the Pope to a private jet to the Maldives, the ideal candidate will be crafting and designing 7 star itineraries to prestigious international HNWC across the globe. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a leisure travel consultant/private travel planner with experience in handling demanding VIPs such as Chairman’s Club or similar.

London/Surrey based or hybrid role with great opportunity for career growth, travel perks and generous commission, no day will be the same.

VIP Private Luxury Travel Manager Duties:

  • Craft, design and advise 5-7 star accommodation across the globe to HNWC.
  • Arranging private jets, yachts, events, lounges, anything travel to each client offering phenomenal customer service.
  • Holiday types include: wellness retreats, out of the ordinary and extraordinary destinations across the globe, private retreats, safari’s… the list is endless!
  • Handling spontaneous needs for travellers.
  • Offering that personal touch and going the extra mile to delight travellers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have worked for at least three years in upscale travel for the international UHNWs
  • Sound background in travel design  
  • Strong knowledge of the world
  • Has an extensive network of DMC contacts 
  • Handling VIPs from across the globe, must be available to handle their requests at the time they require.
  • Similar experience from a high end luxury leisure travel company.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
