Product Executive

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Executive will be responsible for supporting the management of a designated geographical area within the Jet2holidays portfolio, with involvement through the Product Lifecycle, planning, marketing and identifying future opportunities.

You will be accountable for meeting customer needs, maximising sales and revenue whilst minimising complaints, ensuring that each destination's programme is designed to meet our customer expectations and market trends. This crucial support role within the Product Team will require analysis of Management Information, strategic planning, sales support and brochure production. You will create, maintain and develop relationships with all suppliers in the best interests of the customer and the company, monitoring sales performance of all destinations, making amendments and recommendations in line with changing market positions.

Ideally, you will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a good knowledge of the travel industry. The successful candidate will be dedicated, self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and have a strong customer service ethic. You will be creative and have strong organisation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
