This isn’t just a reservations role, we are looking for someone creative and dynamic who can assist with our clients website along with conducting travel events. We are seeking exceptional luxury tailormade travel consultants who are looking for a long term career within luxury travel who have an interest in marketing and events. The successful and experienced travel consultant shall be selling and arranging worldwide bespoke tailormade travel throughout Europe, the Far East, Africa, South America, USA, Caribbean and the South Pacific along with cruises and tours, the list if endless.

This award winning travel company offers various holiday types for it’s discerning clientele including bespoke luxury travel, adventure tours, off the beaten track, city breaks, beach holidays, cruises plus many more.

Role: You shall be arranging worldwide tailormade travel to clients over the phone, face to face and via email, therefore excellent communication skills is a must along with meticulous attention to detail. The travel consultant shall be using their initiative to enhance the website to increase fresh customers, organise events to increase product knowledge along with networking.

This well known and established travel firm rely on it’s repeat customers and excellent customer service provided by it’s trained travel consultants, therefore the ability to provide efficient customer service is imperative along with the ability to provide advice on destinations to it’s customers.

We are seeking all-rounders who have good worldwide geographical knowledge ability to think outside the box, be involved with marketing for the website and hold events to increase client base. To be considered for this opportunity you must have tailormade travel experience either from a travel agency or tour operator. You must be conversant with GDS systems such as Galileo or Amadeus, however cross training will be provided.
