We are looking for a forward thinking HR/People Leader, able to initiate and implement new processes, transition systems to ensure seamless implementation. The initial focus is establishing a new HR function and processes, requiring strong attention to detail, focused on the immediate deliverables. You need to be able to action items and work within a tight timeframe.
You will own and drive the People Agenda and Talent Strategy within the business, developing a winning and commercial culture. Instrumental in establishing exciting new People and Culture initiatives, driving pace, energy and continued collaboration. Establishing a Talent Strategy to attract high performing new talent, developing internal teams and creating engagement and performance plans.

A permanent role but open to Interim. Hybrid working with a mix of Home/West Sussex office location. Office based ideally 2 days on average per week.
