Job Details

Marketing Manager – Ultra Luxury Brand (Hybrid role) Our client is a new ultra-luxury travel and hospitality brand that creates enriching experiences in all fields of culture and knowledge including art, science, and nature. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for nurturing and developing the brand across all touchpoints to maintain and develop its elite positioning in an uncompromising way. This includes developing and enforcing brand guidelines, generating written and visual content to deploy across channels in a coordinated way (e.g. social, website, print, paid media), producing all digital and print collateral, enhancing brand touchpoints for guests during their travel experience, equipping the sales team, and working together with the Digital, CRM, and Sales fields to ensure brand standards are upheld globally. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for PR globally for the brand, managing agencies in key markets, and a Copywriter and a Graphic Designer will also report into them. Maintaining a focus on commercial and revenue-generating objectives will be critical throughout.

Key Skills and experience:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative process and strong taste level is essential, alongside a rigorous approach to project management
  • Familiar with latest developments and trends in creative, production and promotions, to deliver cutting-edge yet refined solutions
  • Experience in luxury travel/goods or services required
  • Strong analytical ability. Expert at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Extremely strong team collaborator, appreciates being part of a strong team and willing to go the extra mile to support a team member
  • A ‘start up culture’ and get it done attitude, seeing things through to completion
  • Desire to be part of an exciting growth story; long term ambitions to stay and grow with a business
  • Detail oriented, investigative, and persuasive

Likely tasks:

  • Be brand champion and creative lead for the business and influence all departments and properties to ensure consistent and elevated brand presentation
  • Lead creative direction and production for all video and photography material required for the brand
  • Guide the Copywriter to develop copy and content in alignment with a comprehensive Tone of Voice guideline
  • Manage PR agencies in line with strategy and plan, developing key messages alongside CMO
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to craft the positioning and story around the brand’s signature experiences
  • Work alongside CMO and Marketing team on the design of the website, mapping out content needs and guiding the presentation of the brand
  • Deliver engaging and scalable website content on a daily basis, which drives performance and conversion
  • The Marketing Manager, alongside the Copywriter and Design roles will conceive, direct, and deliver content for all social channels
  • Develop impactful direct mail pieces, developing high level of personalization and production quality
  • Develop print media campaign creative and oversee art-working quality level
  • Identify creative ways to develop brand partnerships to drive awareness and acquisition
  • Always retain visibility of ROI forecasting pre-campaign and attribution/measurement post-campaign to demonstrate effectiveness of efforts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support CMO in developing materials to facilitate brand expansion. To include research, planning and execution of collateral, presentation materials
