Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to join a specialist travel business based in Brighton. Reporting into the Group Managing Director, you will take overall P&L responsibility and work with the founders and senior management team to drive the business forward to meet ambitious future targets.
You will develop and grow the business in line with agreed budgets and provide leadership across the sales, marketing, product, customer service and tech teams. Our client is looking for a strategic mindset who can forward plan with deliverable and measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing business plans that include roadmap structure, staffing and budgetary management as well as managing the day-to-day operation of the company.
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive travel and online retail experience and be an all-rounder with an excelled grasp on all the metrics that drive an online business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at a fast face and driving growth.
