We are seeking a Luxury Far East Travel Consultant to join a bespoke travel company due to remarkable growth.

This successful and dynamic travel company offers an array of travel types across the globe including honeymoons, family trips, group travel, adventure travel, activity, culture, safari, wildlife and luxury tailormade holidays.

This is an exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel professional with tour operator or travel agent experience or one who has spent time living or working in Asia with good product knowledge seeking career progression. This isn’t just a sales role – it’s the opportunity to get involved with product and marketing and really grow your career.

Your career begins here, duties include:

  • Designing and crafting tailor-made holidays to customers throughout Asia including Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong plus may more inspiring areas.
  • Using your experience to put together their perfect holiday.
  • Opportunity to be responsible as a product manager for a specific destination. This entails managing supplier relationships, ensuring the website is up to date and conducting staff training.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Developing your own destination knowledge through regular travel.
  • Finding out about customer holiday plans, understanding them, and the key things they want to get out of their holiday.
  • Conduct welcome home calls after clients holidays to get feedback on their experiences.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working for a tour operator or independent travel agency with good knowledge of Asia.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Sales and customer service driven.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).
