As we look forward, we have some fantastic opportunities to join us as a Home-Based Contact Centre Team Leader and be part of delivering our world class customer service as we take our customers on their well-deserved Jet2holiday.
We are looking for individuals who share our passion for going above and beyond for our customers. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team of Advisors to deliver a VIP service across our multichannel platforms, coaching them to deliver our Brand Values and to enhance the customer experience at every opportunity.
Ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service at all times is key within this role and you will motivate your team to deliver performance targets across Sales and Service calls. With a focus on getting it right, you will ensure quality and performance monitoring is carried out regularly and customer feedback is collated and utilised effectively.

You will always be looking for opportunities for us to be more efficient and productive, working innovatively to find solutions that will benefit both and will build strong collaborative working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
Our Team Leader opportunities are available on a Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time (20 hours or 30 hours per week) contract basis. These positions are Home Based and as such you will have to meet our Home Working requirements for your workspace and broadband speed and be based in the UK.
The successful candidates will be Ambassadors for our brand. You will have demonstrable skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver great results. Passionate about delivering a VIP experience to our customers, colleagues, and partners, you will have recent and relevant experience of leading and coaching teams in a fast paced, customer focused Contact Centre environment, ideally within an in-house & remote working setting. You will be confident in using a range of management information tools and capable of drawing meaningful insights from these sources to drive performance improvement and determine coaching. Strong communication and influencing skills are key, along with excellent attention to detail.
