Market leaders in Germany and renowned throughout Europe for their destination-rich, flexible and relaxed take on river cruising, A-ROSA are on a new mission to supercharge their team, and their product, with an exciting transformation project and a new ship launch designed to change river cruising for good. They are now recruiting for a number of roles based on the road and at their Cardiff headquarters as the brand looks to exponentially expand its reach and sales in the UK and Ireland.

A-ROSA are now looking for Regional Sales Managers across the country as well as dedicated Cruise Consultant positions in their Cardiff office, all benefitting from competitive salaries, great perks and a friendly, small team culture with the opportunity for the right people to make a big difference.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Regional Sales Managers (1 x North, 1 x South) to join A-ROSA River Cruises small but mighty UK team as they drive river cruising into exciting new waters.

A pro-active, well-respected people person, you’ll be the outward face of A-ROSA’s re-imagined river cruise product bringing the A-ROSA experience to life for trade partners and tour operator friends across your relevant regions.

The ideal candidates will bring a solid, proven network of B2B relationships as well as commercial acumen and a whole lot of passion for A-ROSA’s wonderfully flexible, relaxed and innovative brand.

With the launch of the first of a new generation of sustainable, family and multi-gen-focussed river ships launching in 2022 setting the scene for a complete revitalisation of the brand in 2023, this is an incredible chance to put your stamp on the product and strategy.

Working in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Commercial Director, you’ll be at the helm of:

  • On-the-road and virtual agent visits and training sessions
  • Expanding A-ROSA’s B2B partnerships leading to increased sales and brand positioning
  • Developing the sales strategy in the UK to drive sales, and create growth
  • Account management of new and existing tour op and trade relationships
  • Accompanying agent fam trips, hosting events and attending trade fairs and conferences
  • Keeping abreast of the competition and working with all departments to devise new plans to continually strengthen and develop the brand

To be successful, you’ll need to have:

  • A sunny outlook and a bubbly personality
  • Experience in B2B travel landscape with existing strong relationships
  • A passion and knowledge of cruise
  • Commercial knowhow
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive new ideas forward
  • Great organisational, communication and presentation skills
  • A LOVE for what you do!
