As we move to a more positive outlook and are able to take more Jet2holidays customers on their well-deserved holiday, we have opportunities to join our Home-Based Contact Centre Travel Advisor team! We are looking for individuals that share our passion for going above and beyond for our customers and our focus on getting it right first time!

Our Home Based Contact Centre Travel Advisors:
  • Manage high volumes of customer queries everyday including making and amending bookings, processing cancellations and payments.
  • Provide expert guidance to sell our fantastic holidays and anticipate any questions our customers might have about their travel requirements.
  • Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI's.
  • Use a wide variety of in-house systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update these systems is an essential part of ensuring we do all that we say we will for our customers.
Although you will work within a team, this role is home-based and as such, the ability to be self-motivated and work well independently is crucial.

Experience of delivering high standards of customer service in a similar fast paced environment is required in these roles, and you will have previous experience of working within the travel or customer contact industries and ideally of working within a similar remote or home based role.

If you are successful, on joining us, we will provide a comprehensive virtual training and induction programme in order to give you the tools to perform the role, and ongoing training and coaching is part of our commitment to you.

We will also provide you with your computer equipment, however a key requirement of the role is that you must have a suitable working space at home, along with a high speed broadband connection. You must also be based in the UK.

Our Contact Centre is open 7 days a week and our opening hours are 8am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 9pm Saturday & Sunday. This role is available on a full time (40 hours per week) contract and your working pattern will include working evenings and/or weekends within these opening hours as these are our peak customer contact times. As with any customer focused role, there is an expectation that you are ready for your working shift in good time each day, in order to be present for our customers.
