We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Team Leader to join a highly successful bespoke travel company London based and part homeworking.

This well known and dynamic travel firm offers an array of holiday types across the globe for travellers with an excellent reputation in the industry.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a team leader, supervisor or assistant manager from a luxury tour operator or travel agent seeking career progression and a rewarding career.

Duties:

  • Monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve objectives and increase sales.
  • Train, encourage, inspire, and reward team members for their achievements.
  • Providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
  • Take responsibility for all current and future clients’ experiences from the moment the initial contact through the various channels, arranging and confirming their travels, making contact upon their return, and setting up the next experience.
  • Using in-depth knowledge of the destination using personal insight in which the service delivered should be consistently exceptional.
  • Attending training sessions and FAM trips.

Essential Requirements

  • Supervisory, team leading or assistant management experience within travel
  • Proven villas and/or Europe sales experience (luxury capacity preferred but not essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
