Randall & Aubin is a gem of a restaurant in Soho. Our menu is predominantly seafood and we have been serving customers for 25 years. We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our small and friendly team. For this role, experience is required as is a knowledge of classical cooking methods. The main aspects of the job will be to assist the Head Chef in all areas - including buying, production, rotas etc. We are a brigade of 10 chefs and 6 porters and it is a busy but friendly kitchen which delivers delicious, freshly made dishes to our customers every day.
