A Senior leadership role responsible for defining the overall marketing strategy, and leading the Marketing team in its implementation.
With the Brand set for ambitious further growth, this role will own and deliver the marketing/digital strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion, leading a transformation in the digital marketing plan. Optimising digital communications throughout the customer journey, building on the brands' strengths and differentiated brand positioning.

Developing a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategy that drives new acquisition and ROI, enhances customer engagement, and builds long-term consumer loyalty and growth, integrating offline activity within the digital activity.
High level of experience in all aspects of digital marketing and understanding of digital transformation requirements throughout the customer journey, along with knowledge of direct marketing, offline strategies, PR and other areas of the marketing mix.
