We are on the hunt for an experienced Cruise Consultant to join an award-winning travel company who have a great reputation in the travel industry. The Cruise Consultant will be arranging a wide range of bespoke cruises to travellers across the globe. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a cruise loving travel agent or tour operator with a passion for cruise. Homeworking and office roles available.

Our client establishes a superior customer service experience, promoting customer retention and maintaining their ‘can do’ ethos within the company.

Cruise Consultant Duties:

  • Creating and Booking Luxury European and Worldwide cruise and packages for travellers across the globe.
  • Professionally handling inbound telephone and email enquiries.
  • Arranging port transfers, upgraded cabins and other related ancillary products.
  • Offering advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Offering a cutting edge customer service.
  • Participating in cruise ship visits and FAM trips to increase product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling a range of cruises from a cruise specialist, tour operator or travel agent background
  • Exceptional customer services skills with excellent knowledge of cruises
  • Meticulous attention to detail
