Job Details
Responsible for the management and performance of the web and digital experience on mobile, focused on increasing online conversion, lead generation, improving the customer experience, on-site merchandising and optimising site content for SEO.
Owning a key sales channel, ensuring the site also drives engagement and lead generation for offline conversion as part of the wider marketing and sales mix, ensuring customers are presented with a fantastic experience, bringing a great procut range to life.
Delivering an enhanced experience and cross channel customer journey, a really exciting time to join this business and take forward a soon to launch new site and continue to drive the digital journey
You’ll need proven experience of managing a website, driving and reacting to Trading/Commercial needs, strong data decision making and use of analytics. Passionate about digital and customer experience and using innovation and technology to drive performance.
