An exciting time to join this fast growing, multi-award-winning holiday business who continue to break the mould.

You will need to be able to operate at pace and introduce scalable initiatives to cope with demand and drive the continued aggressive growth (both B2B and B2C).

As Head of CRM, you will be responsible for a team of 20+ CRM professionals inspiring them and delegating ongoing projects within the team accordingly and know how to get the most out of Salesforce.

Working closely with the insights team, you will be able to demonstrate data-led decision-making, employing a multi-variant test and learn strategy and have extensive experience in profiling and segmentation to drive continued growth.

Proven track record in a senior level role, strong CRM background in a multichannel environment, able to drive strategy and influence at a senior level.
