Working for a specialist, highly customer centric tour operator, this role is to lead the business and Management team, delivering sustainable recovery and future growth.
Responsible for the day to day performance of the tour operation and customer experience, from strategic planning and delivery as the business grows. A key focus on the customer experience including ongoing digitalisation of the customer journey, ensuring the business remains one of the most highly regarded specialist tour operators. A pivotal role in leading the teams through growth, product development, scale and process, ensuring absolute focus on the customer experience is delivered in a sustainable and profitable way.

This role needs experience within a tour operator, understanding of product, operations, commercial, sales and marketing.
