Alladale Wilderness Reserve lies in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, an hour’s drive north of Inverness. With a focus on nature restoration and re-wilding, Alladale’s 23,000 acres of wild nature is coming back to life.  We host a large variety family & specialist tour groups, who stay in our four fully catered lodges.  With the recent increase in bookings we are now seeking:

Cook/Assistant Chef £25,000

To support our chef and busy kitchen. We pride ourselves in using locally sourced produce, some from our own aquaponic gardens and delivering healthy and sustainable meals to our guests.  Candidates must be a team player, experienced cook and be willing to help with all kitchen related operations.
