Alladale Wilderness Reserve lies in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, an hour’s drive north of Inverness. With a focus on nature restoration and re-wilding, Alladale’s 23,000 acres of wild nature is coming back to life.  We host a large variety family & specialist tour groups, who stay in our four fully catered lodges.  With the recent increase in bookings we are now seeking:

Hospitality Manager £40,000 - £50,000 depending on prior experience

Responsible for the management of the lodge staff and for guest experience. 

Our candidate should have a proven track record in managing high-end hospitality with excellent leadership and customer service skills.
