What will you be doing?                                                                                                                  To help us keep up our unparalleled level of service, we’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated corporate travel manager to join the ranks. Working closely with the team, this role will play a fundamental part in the company’s growth by delivering excellent customer service to Winged Boots’ growing client base. Servicing corporate accounts , the ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Have extensive knowledge of GDS Galileo ideally (cross-training could be provided)
• Be proactive and have a excellent attention to detail
• Be flexible and available to work outside of normal working hours to the needs of the business
• Have worked as a corporate travel consultant for a minimum of five years
• Be focused on achieving sales targets and set KPIs.
• Offer first class customer service, and remain professional at all times
• Meet our SLA to clients and offer a variety of options/quotes
• When a quotation is cancelled try to establish if there is anything we could have done differently.
• Deal with emergency calls and situations for our clients as and when they arise.

Who should apply?                                                                

• An engaging and dynamic individual who can demonstrate confidence at dealing with clients on all levels
• Someone who has worked in business travel as a consultant for at least 5 years
• An excellent communicator with great organisational skills who is an integral team player
• You are discreet and have the utmost respect for client confidentiality
• You are very well travelled and have extensive worldwide knowledge in particular airport codes
• A self-starter who can be proactive and work the hours required to exceed the minimum standards

The office is open 5 days a week and you will be required to work 40 hours per week from the hours of 09:00 to 18:00, however, you will be expected to work the hours required to fulfil the role.
